| This weekend was ok.. Except on Thursday my mom backed out of the driveway and hit the fire hydrant and broke the tail light of the Scion. So my dad has to get that fixed during the week so now he can't go find a new job this week. He's been unempolyed for like 3 weeks now. They didn't lay him off. They just wanted him to resign because they didn't like his "belligerent" behavior. It was that or fire him. So he stopped working and said he needed a rest from work.. now that he stopped resting for like 2 months there's no one that wants him. He's in a nursing agency, but he only got one assignment so far. Well anyway we were all kinda mad at mom. Like if she driven more and not depend on me and dad so much to drive her around, maybe she would've gotten used to it and it never would've happened. This is like her 3rd accident already.. I remember her first one when she took us to Wendy's and as she pulled up to a parking space, she accelerated toward the road, but turned right on time to avoid it, but still hit a bush and almost crashed into a flagpole. Then there was that time we went to Culver's and she did the exact same thing except instead of hitting a bush she hit a parked car. She had no idea that she was supposed to call the police and file a report. We just went in to eat. Then some police officer aprroached when we were eating told her to come outside. After she settled all that stuff with the police, we left. When she turned left to exit the parking out, she turned into the wrong lane.. and later forgot how to turn on the headlights. Yea so we didn't get to drive the Scion to school the next day because there was a snow day. Dad took us out to eat at Wendy's for lunch, then we went to Fry's to look at the laptops and CDs, and then we went to Books-a-Million to look at magazines. We shoveled when we got home. Saturday was the Auntie Lita's birthday party thing.. or just another annoying mom's family gathering.. I don't really think they're all annoying.. just some of them.. but what's really annoying is when they sleepover and watch The Filipino Channel all day long. Anyway after piano lessons, we had to get balloons and a tablecloth. When we got home, some of our aunts were already there. The not annoying ones.. and then I thought maybe they're the only ones who are going to be here.. Maybe it won't be so bad after all.. I was wrong. But I found that out later after the Salvation Army thing. I rung bells with Sara and Lindsey from 6 to 8 to get money for the Salvation Army. It was supposed to be at the hardware store in downtown La Grange but they moved us to this grocery store. There was some people there but not a whole lot so we just goofed around the whole time. There was this one guy who preched about how we shouldn't do good things to earn credit because we're only earning credit for ourselves and that Jesus died for us and that it was a gift and that we don't earn credit for a gift or something like that. Lindsey wanted to slit his throat. But I could kind of see where he was going. Except when he was talking about the Muslims and stuff. Anyway after that Mrs. Gurney offered Sara and Lindsey to ring bells at Starbucks in downtown La Grange since they needed the four hours for their service project. I rode with Sara there and it was packed. There was like no parking. We did find some and I had to walk to another parking lot where dad was waiting for me to pick me up. Then when I got home, the rest of those family members were there.. Later they went to casino so I was a little happy that they finally disappeared from the house, but when I woke up I could hear their voices all the way upstairs. They're still here and probably won't leave until tonight. oh joy.

| Yesterday was Rosie's play! It was good, but I couldn't get to see the 2nd act cuz Deanna's mom wanted her home by 9. It was so awesome seeing Deanna, Joe, Rosie, and Pam again!! I haven't seen them in like forever! And it was so fun going on the stripper poles at the park again. I finally gave Deanna the Ghirardelli chocolate from Frisco and I gave Rosie's souvenir to Pam to give to her but I guess she forgot and I gave Pam a Mrs. Fields cookie so that she has to give me my cookies!! Deanna and Joe came 5:45 and then we went to the park and played on the stripper poles lol. Then we wandered around Joe's and and then went inside and wandered the scary dark hallways. Then they let us into the multipurpose room and the play started at 7. It was so funny.. It had so much sexual references. Then we had to leave during intermission and walked back to my house where we played DDR a while before they left. And we took so much pics. I think we're supposed to sleep on the streets of Chicago or something. I really wanna go, but I'm not going by myself. | wow.. it's been 2 weeks since I've updated.. umm we got the day after President's Day off cuz he boilers broke and the next day we had a fire drill and we thought the boilers were gonna explode. And then we watched this invisible children movie about how the children in Uganda have to travel to the city and sleep there so they won't get kidnapped into the LRA. They're having this thing where they're gonna have people sleep on the streets on April 29 I think so there can be lots of news coverage or something and let it be known. I'm totally going.. if someone else I know is going.. Anyway Lent started last week so I'm trying to give up meat now ever since Briggy gave me a card about fur from peta. I went on their site and now I can't even eat meat or fish. I can't even eat anything with dairy now.. I'm trying to be as vegan and animal activist as I can. So that means no more chicken.. but after watching those videos on kfc it won't be hard. Anyway on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday I did my service project at the nursing home. The seniors are really grumpy at night so it's better to volunteer in the morning. But some of them are really nice and friendly and remembered who I was. On Saturday I got to help them with crafts. Way better than helping them play bingo.. at night.. or trying to get them to sing along to a Frank Woerhle video or w/e. And then the rest of my weekend was shopping.. mostly just tagging along with my dad as he shopped. He took us out to downtown Chicago and treated us and then bought a shitload of stuff. w/e makes him happy. Can't wait til Friday.. it's Briggy AND Abby's b-day! And then it's Mo's on Monday! and crap I really need to send in that money for Acen...

I gave up being vegan.. it's too hard for me not to eat meat.. but I still don't eat any dairy.. that's nasty. so I'm just gonna give it up for the rest of Lent. and my peta stuff finally came after 4 weeks!! I love free stuff. So nothing big really happened lately.. my appt. with Carmen was last week. I just told her about mom's going to casino every 2 or 3 weeks and she thought my mom had a gambling problem.. I don't think so.. since all she does is gon on the slots.. but maybe. It's just so annoying when they all come back to our house @ 5am and their voices wake us up all the way upstairs. ugh. and then I told her a lil about how dad is a shopaholic. He wastes all this money on all these clothes when he has no one to impress with them. So since dad wastes money on his shopping and mom gambles away, I doubt we're gonna go anywhere for spring break. Our best bet is Amish Acres.. which actually kinda sounds like fun. And then after that is Acen!! I can't wait it's gonna be so much better than last year. If I can only figure out how I'm supposed to send them the money. Hope it's better than reactor.. it was fun but the hotel it was in was crap. Our room smelled awful and it was so small too.. the hotel. so yeah.. I'm still confused about who's going to stay with us.. It's me, Deanna, and Jesse and Derek too I think. Anywayz the last couple of days I've felt so miserable. I think I might've caught my sister's cold or w/e. My head felt like exploding all day. I took some Sudafed but that stuff only makes me sleepy. I found out it contains acetaminophen which causes liver damage so I prolly shouldn't be taking it anyway. But I feel a lil better except my throat's still a lil sore. Hope I feel better soon cuz I've never felt so crappy in a long time.

| Winter formal was yesterday. It wasn't really special or memorable at all. The only good thing was seeing everyone. Anyway at Sara's house we took pics and then we went to Al's Charhouse and met up with Sam there. The service was kinda slow. We told them we were gonna be late and when we got there the table wasn't even set up. I think the waitress, I mean "Amanda", hated us. Sam was like "Um waitress, could I get some more water?" and she said all fast and stuff "My name's Amanda" It took a while to get the food and we were there until 7:30. Each of us had to pay over $20 for the bill, it cost over $200. Then we got to the dance around 8, but all we missed was an hour of nothing. We danced a lot and went to the caf sometimes to chill and get drinks. The dance wasn't that bad. I got to grind.. er I mean dance more this time and no freaks grinded me so it was good. The music was horrible though. I expected them to play What Is Love? at least 5 times and then play 90's dance music the whole night cuz the theme was "A Night at the Roxbury." But they just played the same crap from homecoming. And Mrs. Pascual was being such a bitch and telling us we couldn't have the glowsticks.. later we raved with them in plain sight of her and she didn't say anything. Then the dance ended at 10 and me, Lindsey, Matt, Briggy, and Sam got in Becky's van and her mom drove us to Briggy's house. We chilled in Briggy's room and watched Flavor of Love. Goldie got kicked off and that stupid bitch New York was picked.. she looks like a gorilla. Then we ate pizza that Briggy's dad got us and later Lindsey's mom picked me and Lindsey up and dropped me off at my house around 1. Enjoy the pics.
